What Gear Should I Ask About When Buying A Guitar From Craigslist?

I’m looking to buy my first guitar and I found a 2007 Esteban acoustic on Craigslist.org. Should I decide to drive over and buy the guitar, what should I look for. How do i know it’s a good buy and what gear should come with it?

See if it comes with an electric tuner, ideally the stings would be new, they should be light with no discoloration. Coming with a case is preferable. If you can take a guitarist with you who will know if the tone is any good..
Do not buy an Esteban guitar!!!!!!!!!!! They are junk. Buy an Alvarez or something close to it.
