Ernie Ball Slinky strings are perfect as I answered earlier... they are the best strings you can get! No you will not need to change the intonation but because they are new strings, it is possible to get fret buzz. When I put my Ernie Ball strings on, it would buzz on the low E string for about a month. But it doesn't really annoy you much though.... get 'em!
