well of course there is no absolute best beginner guitar because then it wouldnt be beginner it would be intermediate lol but it depends on what guitar your looking into acoustic or electric, if its an electric and you got $200-$400 buy a guitar and amp package perhaps a fender or epiphone, if its an acoustic try an ibanez or epiphone
i very much do prefer epiphone because they are widely known for being cheap yet excelent quality.

I want to learn how to play the guitar, but I know nothing about guitars. What kind should I buy?? But I don’t want to spend to much money something under $100.

The original price is $100 and I will save about $30 – $40 from buying it online used. I don’t know if they are lying about how much they’ve used it. I looking at both craigslist and ebay to buy it. So what re the Pros/Cons of buying a used amp? Whats your experience with buying a used amp?
